HRD Training Sub-Campus, Nabha
A training on “To improve skills and efficiency of Technical and Skilled Supporting Staff” was organized from February 18-20, 2021 at ICAR-CIRB, Sub-Campus, Nabha under HRD activity. The training covered topics viz. motivation & institution building, team work and co-operation, positive work attitude, good lab practices, stress and climate change, conflict management and organizational inter-personal relation. A total of 16 Staff comprising of Technical and Skilled Supporting Staff participated in the training program coordinated by Dr. FC Tuteja (Senior Scientist, ICAR-CIRB, Sub-Campus, Nabha) and Dr. MH Jan (Scientist, ICAR-CIRB, Sub-Campus, Nabha).
